Muscle pain is entirely subjective, everyone may feel muscle pain in different ways, which can sometimes make it difficult to identify it. Here are some common symptoms of Muscle pain, otherwise known as Myalgia:

There are many causes behind muscle pain, some are minor such as stress, over working, pulled muscles, injuries, or lack of sleep. Other reasons may be linked to muscle pain related diseases such as Fibromyalgia, Infected Muscles, Dermatomyositis, Arthritis, and possibly Covid-19!
Muscle pain can be persistent, and can seriously impact day to day tasks, work, sleep and mood. If you are feeling severe muscle pain, it is best to seek help from a physician or specialist. Once you have identified the cause of the pain, your next step may me to seek treatment.
