What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a gentle and holistic hands-on therapy that focuses on treating pain. It is particularly effective at dealing with back, neck and joint pain. It is a great treatment to do proactively for injury prevention.
Osteopaths are synthesizers. They do stretching like stretch therapists, joint mobilizations like chiropractors (without the cracking), and soft tissue work like massage therapists. Their gentle manipulations are so subtle you will barely notice them - but they will leave you relaxed, looser and standing taller.
Added bonus - most people have insurance benefits that cover Osteopathy.
