Emily
BA (KIN), REG. KIN., FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPIST (FST), NEUROKINETIC THERAPY (NKT), SOFT TISSUE RELEASE THERAPY (STR)

Emily is a registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. She has an Undergraduate Degree in Kinesiology from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Western University, where she graduated with Dean's honours. Emily has certifications in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), athletic taping and soft tissue release therapy.

Following university, Emily worked as a Registered Kinesiologist in both physiotherapy and sports medicine clinics. She holds a certification in kinesiology taping.

In her spare time, Emily volunteers for a number of charities and has a passion for travel and humanitarian work.
